Die Bestellung meines Cafelat Robot plus Zubehör war über die Homepage einfach und die Bezahlung über PayPal funktionierte perfekt. Sendungsverfolgung und Lieferung waren wie versprochen. Die Lieferung kam gut verpackt und vollständig bei mir an.
Wirklich nett fand ich auch den handschriftlichen Gruß auf dem Karton! Sehr gerne wieder!

One Robot you can't do without.....
We are very pleased with the cafelat robot barista. So much that our Bezerra Mitica will become obsolete.

Wanted to order a Cafelat Robot plus some accessories and was a bit stressed at first as I couldn’t find any reviews here. I asked a good friend from SK about them and he said that they were awesome a have a lot of great reviews there so I got one.
The experience was really awesome, quick shipping with perfect packing and a lot of support afterwards when I needed some help. Also they packed some extra consumables for free which is always helpful in the future (gasket, oil etc).
I decided to be the first one writing the review just because of how good the experience was.

I bought a Cafelat Robot (which is difficult to get your hands on in Europe). LessWasteCoffee replied my questions fast by e-mail and shipped my order from Slovakia to Denmark in a week. I was very happy with their service!

Super Service!
Das Ersatzteil für meine kleine handbetriebene Kaffeemühle wurde sofort geliefert. Und auch sonst bin ich mit der ÖKO-Kapsel für Dolce Gusto sehr zufrieden, das funktioniert wirklich gut. Ein bisschen ausprobieren gehört natürlich dazu.

Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal Papierfilter für KRUPS Dolce Gusto bestellt. Alles wurde ordentlich abgewickelt. Ich werde bei Bedarf wiederum beim Händler bestellen.

Habe den Cafelat Robot bei Oekokapseln.de bestellt. Ich habe das Geld im Vorhinein überwiesen und sehr schnell eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass die Ware losgeschickt wurde. Heute kam das sehr gut verpackte und liebevoll mit Hand beschriftete Packet per Dpd bei mir an. Alles super geklappt. Einen Pinsel gab es gratis dazu. Würde hier immer wieder bestellen und jedem empfehlen, nicht die extra Paypal-Gebüren zu zahlen sondern vorher das Geld zu überweisen.

ÖKO Kapseln haben eine höhere Langlebigkeit als angegeben, d.h. 50x. Ich habe sie schon 60x benutzt und bei richtiger Nutzung halten sie bestimmt noch weitere 50x. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden.
